About the Event
TSLEIL-WAUTUTH NATION WELCOME
We are honoured to work with Cease Wyss, Tsleil-Waututh Nation member and Takaya Tour guide, to give these lucky summer campers an opportunity to learn about the Nation’s history through wonderful storytelling.
TOUR OF NOONS CREEK HATCHERY
The Noons Creek Hatchery is a favorite sanctuary within Port Moody’s beautiful Shoreline Park. We have partnered with the Port Moody Ecological Society to bring campers to the hatchery for a tour and a deeper look at natural systems.
TOUCH POOL ACTIVITY
The Salish Sea Research and Education Society will provide touch-pool for campers to experience our intertidal neighbours up close and personal! Campers will also participate in games and educational activities throughout the camp!
BOAT DAY!! EXPLORE CAMP JUBILEE
We are grateful to be partnering with Indian Arm Recreational Services to provide on-the-water exploration and a visit to Camp Jubilee for a unique outdoor adventure!
At this time, the 4-day camp is limited to 16 children.
Lunch not provided; please pack a brown bag lunch with plenty of snacks and water.
Please do not include any peanuts or tree nuts in your campers lunch.
Please note that upon order completion, we will recieve your email and phone number and promptly send you an intro package with all necessary waivers and forms which must be completed prior to camp start. You can either email a copy of the forms, or bring hard copies the morning of the first day.
